At Gloria Hope, we create jewelry that is made with care and respect for you – and we are here for you even after the purchase. For this, we offer:

1 Year Replacement Without Any Questions

Did something happen to your product within the first 12 months and it’s not your fault?
We will replace it for you without any questions. Just send us a message along with the proof of purchase and we will take care of the replacement.

2 Years Manufacturing Warranty

All Gloria Hope jewelry is covered by a two-year warranty for manufacturing defects. If any problem related to the quality of workmanship or materials arises, we will repair or replace it at no charge.

What is not covered by the warranty:

  • Wear from everyday use (scratches, tarnishing, fading)
  • Damage from improper use, e.g., exposure to hot water, chemicals, or excessive pressure
  • Modifications or repairs by third parties
  • Loss of the product

Our promise: to always offer you jewelry that is worth it and to serve you with respect and transparency.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

To submit a warranty-related request, please contact us at contact@gloriahope.com, sending us the following information:

  • Order number
  • Product name
  • Brief description of the problem and when/how it occurred
  • 2 photos:
    1. One showing the entire piece of jewelry
    2. One close-up of the problem area

Important:

By submitting your request, you accept the following terms:

  • Return of product for inspection: If your request is approved, you may be asked to return the product for quality control.
  • Replacement: If the product is available and the request is approved, we will send you a replacement of the same product.
  • Unavailability: If the product is out of stock or has been withdrawn from the collection, you will be issued a credit or refund equal to the purchase value.
  • Purchases from third parties: If you purchased the product from a store or third-party platform (other than gloriahope.com or our official points of sale), different warranty policies may apply.
  • Modifications by third parties: Using repair or modification services from unauthorized points voids the warranty.
  • Promotional products: Gifts or products obtained through promotional activities may be excluded from the warranty.

Even if the warranty period has expired or your jewelry has been damaged in a way that is not covered (e.g., from dropping, water, or misuse), we are here to help you.

At Gloria Hope, we believe that every piece of jewelry deserves a second chance.

What we offer:

  • Low-cost repair – If technically feasible, we will repair your product for a small fee, depending on the nature of the damage.
  • Alternative replacement proposal – If repair is not possible, we can suggest a comparable new product at a special price.

  • Your order number (if available)
  • Brief description of the problem
  • 2 photos (entire jewelry & the damage area)

We will respond as soon as possible with the best possible solution.
