Out-of-Warranty Repairs

Even if the warranty period has expired or your jewelry has suffered damage that is not covered (e.g., from a fall, water, or misuse), we are here to help you. At Gloria Hope, we believe that every piece of jewelry deserves a second chance. What we offer:

• Low-cost repair – If technically feasible, we will repair your product for a small fee, depending on the nature of the damage.
• Alternative replacement proposal – If repair is not possible, we can suggest a comparable new product at a special price.

• Your order number (if available)
• A brief description of the problem
• 2 photos (the entire piece of jewelry & the point of damage)
