Returns & Exchanges
Yes. You have the right to withdraw within 14 calendar days from receipt for distance purchases, without justification. The product must be unused, in its original condition & packaging. Read more.
Personalized/engraved pieces are not returnable.
Earrings are only returned if the original seal/health has not been opened. (Health/hygiene exception based on European directive.)
You fill out the return form on our site, carefully package and send the item with the recommended courier. The return costs appear during the process. (We maintain a clean & simple flow as top brands do). Read more.

Warranty & Service

Yes, repair and refinishing services are provided (where technically feasible). Request a cost estimate via email. Read more.
Jewelry Care
- Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, chlorine, seawater.
- Wear the jewelry last (after cosmetics and perfumes) & remove it before exercising or showering.
- Store them in a dry place, separately, ideally in a pouch/box.
- Gently polish them with a microfiber cloth.
Sizes & Adjustments

For certain designs yes (where it is technically feasible). Contact us at contact@gloriahope.com by sending us your order number, the product code, and the desired size, and you will be informed immediately.
Gifts
Yes, the option to choose the gift wrapping field is provided at checkout. You can also add a greeting message during checkout. If you select "gift," the receipt will be sent to you via email and will not be included in the shipment.
Invoices & VAT
Indeed, you can choose the receipt or invoice version during checkout by filling in your billing details.
